Gayla Spence

Gayla works with children, teens, adults and couples.  She understands life challenges are different for everyone because we all experience events and phases of life differently.  She has specific experience in working with clients who are experiencing trouble with depression, child rearing, aging, relationship issues, and sexuality issues.

Her approach comes from her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.  Her belief is that our mind is the most underused tool we have.  Her goal is to be a team with those who are looking for growth, change, and a new way of perceiving and receiving life.

She holds a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Harding University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 15 years of work experience as a counselor.
