“ The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it.” –Michelangelo

Many people find themselves hurting, struggling, or suffering at some point in their lives.  Whether it is with love, relationships, personal issues, parenting, grief, trauma, loss, or other difficult events, you do not have to face this difficult time alone. I am honored to walk with you. If you find yourself suffering, it is likely you would benefit from seeking counseling. I am passionate about helping others and work with couples, families, and individuals who are ready to make a change. My goal is to empower you to become proactive in facilitating a functioning, happy life.

I have a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University and am currently a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of Arkansas. I have additional training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Filial Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy.  You will find I have a very integrated approach to treatment that includes treating the whole, not just the symptom.
