Alyssa Rogers, LCSW
Alyssa is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting individuals, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and adoption-related issues. Her professional background spans multiple levels of care, including outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and adolescent residential treatment facilities, giving her a well-rounded and compassionate understanding of mental health needs across diverse populations. As an adoptive and foster mom, Alyssa finds passion in working with families impacted by foster care and adoption.
Alyssa is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. She understands that beginning therapy takes courage, and she strives to build genuine therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and practical support. Her goal is to help clients process difficult emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and build lasting resilience and confidence in their daily lives.
Clinically, Alyssa has received formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and she has also completed specialized certification in the treatment of ADHD. Her therapeutic approach is both evidence-based and individualized, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and went on to complete her Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University.
