"I believe that counseling is about having a safe place where you can be yourself, feel heard, and explore life's challenges without judgment. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, working through relationship concerns, or adjusting to a major life transition, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and growth.
I am currently a counseling intern completing my master's degree in Counseling at John Brown University. I provide counseling under the supervision of a licensed professional, and I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where you feel comfortable showing up just as you are.
I have experience working with children and families and have additional training in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Filial Therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), and Sandtray Therapy. I enjoy helping children communicate and process their emotions through play while partnering with caregivers to strengthen relationships and support healthy emotional development.
While I love working with children and families, I also enjoy supporting adolescents and adults who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and personal growth. I believe that every person's story is unique, and my goal is to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and compassion as we work together toward the life you want to create.
Outside of the counseling office, you'll often find me planning my next travel adventure or spending time on the tennis court. I believe that exploring new places, staying active, and making time for the things I enjoy helps me maintain balance and allows me to show up authentically for the people I have the privilege of serving.
No matter where you are in your journey, I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and walking alongside you every step of the way."
