Christina Sutton M.Ed, LAC

Christina Sutton is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and school counselor providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in Northwest Arkansas. She works with individuals experiencing mental health concerns, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. Christina is dedicated to creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Arkansas, a Master’s degree in Education and School Counseling from John Brown University, and completed her graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her experience as a school counselor provides her with a strong understanding of child and adolescent development, family systems, and the academic and emotional challenges students face. Christina utilizes a CBT-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. She emphasizes practical coping strategies, emotional awareness, and skill-building to help clients navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
